Five Points South
Modernization of a historic home in five points south Birmingham, Alabama. We brought this house back to life by removing old 5.25” wood siding and installed new primed 8.25” James Hardie fiber cement siding with new window and door trim on over 28 openings. We helped these customers meet their deadline for the completion date after jumping through many hoops dealing with the architectural board of both Birmingham and five points south neighborhood HOA. This project was completed within 1.5 weeks of start date
Crestwood, Alabama
We first started with replacing the old aluminum windows with new energy-efficient premium Vinyl Windows, then framing the openings out to be ready for replacement of the old Siding with New James Hardie Fiber Cement and fiber cement corner posts. We then brought out our skilled painters to prep the siding to paint using Sherwin Williams paint. We then installed a new architectural timeline HD Roof with lifetime warranty on material, and a guarantee on labor followed up with seamless 6” gutters and 3x4” downspouts with our advance leaf protection. The garage doors we're replaced using our energy-efficient Colplay doors, and now we are working on replacing the front porch. Happy customers!

We drafted a proposal on how we were going to replace their siding with new James Hardie fiber cement and together picked out the perfect colors.
